Days Out - Rainy Days

Days Out - Rainy Days

A little rain doesn’t have to spoil your holiday! If the British weather isn’t playing along, there are plenty of indoor attractions and rainy-day activities near Hurley to keep the whole family entertained.

Hurley Riverside Park is ideally located between Henley-on-Thames and Marlow, with Windsor, Maidenhead, Reading and the Chilterns all within easy reach. From fascinating museums and historic attractions to swimming, climbing, bowling and other family activities, there are plenty of places to escape the rain and still enjoy a great day out.

And, of course, you don’t always have to stay indoors. Pull on your wellies and waterproofs and you can still enjoy the Thames Path, explore the local countryside or simply embrace a good old-fashioned British rainy day!

We’ve picked out some of our favourite things to do near Hurley when it rains below, so a gloomy forecast never needs to mean a gloomy holiday.

Not sure what to do? Call in at Reception and our team will be happy to suggest somewhere to visit – whatever the weather. You can see a map of where they are here.
