Cleaning

Cleaning: We are increasing the amount of cleaning in the shower blocks and also have a dedicated team to disinfect the communal areas. A cleaning schedule is displayed at the entrance to each block. Our cleaning standards have always been very high and we will be including extra work to disinfect regular touch areas including door handles, sink taps and loo flushers. If you have any concerns while on the park please contact a member of staff immediately.

Outside Facility Cleaning: We will be cleaning these on a regular basis including water points, CDU, refuse areas, hand sanitiser units and dog bins.

Signage

We have put up signs throughout the Park to remind customers about social distancing.

Other Areas

Hire Caravans: We are disinfecting the hire caravans using a specialist fogging machine between each booking . To enable this, we have moved some caravans to a Sunday arrival to give us enough time and pushed the check in back to 6pm.

What to bring with you: We recommend you bring disposal gloves to wear when using any communal areas such as water points refuse areas or Chemical Disposal Unit areas. We also recommend bringing your own supply of alcohol hand sanitiser and use it regularly. There is no requirement to wear a face mask however you are free to do so if you wish.

Social distancing: We ask that you ensure you maintain the 2-metre social distancing requirement at all times from anyone who does not live with you. Any areas where close contact may happen are clearly signposted including by the barrier. We have implemented a one-way system at the washing up sinks to minimise contact.

Staff: All our team have been trained in safe COVID-19 procedures and will wear appropriate PPE including gloves and disposable aprons.

Hurley Village: If you are visiting the local village please ensure you obey 2 metre social distancing. The village shop is open as normal with a one-way system in the front door and out the back.
