Our family-friendly Touring and Camping Park sits alongside the River Thames in the picturesque village of Hurley between Henley-on-Thames and Marlow. It has been run by four generations of the same family since 1926. Our hard working and friendly team are looking for a enthusiastic and hardworking employees on our riverside park for our 2026 season.

Touring Park Wardens

We are currently looking for a couple to join our great team as Touring Park Wardens for the 2026 season starting in March.

The job will be mainly office based with a small amount of outdoor work which will be customer focused rather than maintenance (so ensuring customers are pitched correctly and ensuring the park rules are followed etc).

Office duties involve running the reception, taking bookings, checking customers in and running our small park shop.

The role will involve two twelve-hour days with four days off between shifts. Two other sets of wardens share the role and work on your off days. Our season is March to October.

From 8pm and 8am our Night Warden works and so you are not required to be on call.

Additional hours are required on busy Fridays during the summer and Bank Holidays and these will be paid at the same hourly rate.

The standard hours work out at an average of 28 hours per week, with the additional hours on top of that, paid at £13 per hour. The role comes with a free multi-service 16amp hardstanding pitch.

Previous experience of working on a Touring and Camping Park is essential as after an initial period of training you will be responsible for the Park during your shifts.

Bookings will be taken using our inSite booking system so experience of working on this is advantageous, but if you have worked on other booking system then transferring your skills should not be a problem.

Touring Park Night Warden

We are currently looking for a someone to join our great team as Night Wardens for the 2026 season starting in March.

The most important role for our Night Warden is to ensure that everyone on the Park has a relaxing and enjoyable time. This involves ensuring the Park Rules are adhered to at night and responding to calls from customers.

The hours will vary greatly as only one walk around per night is required during the quiet periods with the busy months 3 much longer walk arounds are required. The role involves working 5 nights a week with Tuesday and Wednesday nights off. In busy periods there will be approximately 4 hours work a night.

The role comes with a free hardstanding electric pitch and pays £13 per hour.

Previous experience of working with the general public is essential.

Applicants should be articulate and have a pleasant and calm demeanour.

Shower Block Cleaners

We are currently looking for a couple to join our great team as Shower Block Cleaners for the 2026 season starting in April.

You will be responsible for cleaning the Shower Block 4 days a week working roughly 38 hours a week per couple (19 hours each) between April and September. The role comes with a free multi-service hardstanding pitch and pays £13 per hour.

Saturday: 05.00-07.30, 13.00-15.30 and 20.00-21.00

Sunday: 05.00-07.30 and 13.00-15.30

Monday: 06.00-07.30 and 13.00-15.30

Tuesday: 06.00-07.30 and 13.00-15.30
